Our aim is to make the process of searching and ordering equipment from Oakridge Tack Shop as easy and hassle free as possible. Our friendly staff are on hand to help you with any problem or query that you may have.

Delivery
It is our aim to deliver products within ten clear working days, however we do not hold some products in stock. These may take longer to deliver, if this is the case we will telephone or email you to advise you of this. Should this occur then you have the option to cancel the item.
In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than twenty eight days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order.
The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are charged at £8.00 per order, however for orders containing larger heavy objects such as saddles a delivery charge of £25.00 will be made to cover the extra weight.

Prices
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, exclusive of delivery. The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole.

Pre-orders
We give you the opportunity to cancel your order up until despatch. However, on pre-orders we reserve the right to, if the order is cancelled, levy a handling charge of 5% or £2.50, whichever is the higher.

Payment Options
We accept payment through this website via paypal or by cheque. Orders will be dispatched once funds are cleared. We are currently updating our payments options and hope to be able to accept credit card payments via this website in the future.
