Our aim is to make the process of searching and ordering equipment from Oakridge Tack Shop as easy and hassle free as possible. Our friendly staff are on hand to help you with any problem or query that you may have.

Returns
Before returning any items, please call us on 07971 589 409 during office hours. Goods must be unused, in the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

You are required to arrange and pay for the return and the item must be well packaged and clearly labelled.

Incorrect products
In the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong product, please contact us on 07971 589 409 during office hours and we will endeavour to replace the item or offer you a full refund.

Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may of course return it.
